Please use your spell checker one final time when you have finished your book. Make sure to check names and any unusual words that your spell checker may not recognize.
If P&R agrees to publish your book, we will ask you to send us the complete work on computer disk. The computer file you send us will be regarded as a final draft, not a work in progress. Although you may be asked to make minor changes during the editorial process, you should not plan on making revisions after the final submission.
Be sure that special languages such as Greek or Hebrew show clearly on your printout so that we can accurately render them in our language fonts or transliterate them.
If you have special graphics that you wish to include in your book, please be sure to include printed (or drawn) copies when submitting your final draft. P&R will create graphics as needed.
